Lorraine Flower

A growing calling to bring the power of spirituality and consciousness into the business world led to Lorraine choosing to cut short her high flying and diverse corporate career at the age of 38 and change the whole trajectory of her life. Instead of continuing to buy into the traditions of business, Lorraine has spent more than 25 years translating spiritual principles into a language and ethos that can be heard in the most traditional of organisations.

As a Corporate change agent, consultant, coach and mentor works with clients across the business spectrum from transport to financial services, retail to health, local government and the wider public sector building a deeper practise in group work and group purpose.

She has lectured at Universities, set up the Foundation for Workplace Spirituality, supported the International Conference on Organisational Spirituality (ICOS) (sponsored by Surrey University), leads the azzur Conscious Leadership and Organisations team, runs consciousness retreats, blogs extensively and is currently co-authoring her second book, this time about Conscious Leadership.

She is a member of the Community for Living Ethics in Umbria Italy where she leads the Communication Department and supports several developmental projects including the Science of Group Work and annual International Conferences. An alumni of the group focalisation training run by the Community of Living Ethics., Lorraine is also a mentor and coordinator with Sundial House, for the 3-year Creative Meditation Programme as well as being a perpetual student and practitioner of creative meditation.

She works and studies extensively in developing and exploring consciousness in groups, leadership and organisations, believing that business leaders are key players in transforming the well-being of the planet and humanity as a whole.

Marina Bernardi

Marina has chosen ‘the Group as a living entity’ as her main focus of interest and passion in life. She is a psychologist by training with a Psychosynthetic and Psychoenergetic background. This approach allows her to scientifically understand the various phases of development in the many groups in which she participates. Marina has focalized groups of every description: from those involved in self-healing and self-transformation to those whose aim is to create projects that explore and unleash the highest potentialities of human consciousness. She has published many articles and given lectures and seminars throughout the world.

Silvia Pinciroli

After 20 years as a Human Resources and Organization Director in multinational companies such as Prada and Pirelli Group, Silvia left to follow an inner impulse to dedicate herself in supporting individuals and groups in the process of unlocking their potential and discovering a deeper expression of Self.  This impulse has called her to facilitate and enhance the integration of the spiritual dimension into the business environment.

As a business and team coach, counselor, trainer and HR advisor, she helps groups and organizations becoming the best they can be by spreading the seeds of a deeper comprehension of oneself and spiritual awareness.

Silvia is the co-founder of the Master in Business Counseling, created with the aim of applying the principles and practices of Transpersonal Psychosynthesis and other Transpersonal Psychologies, in both profit and not-for-profit organizations.

She has been a member of the Community of Living Ethics (CLE) for 25 years, and had the privilege of attending the three-year School for Group Focalizers with Sergio Bartoli, the founder of the CLE.

At the Community she served as a President of the Libra Association that worked to establish a new economy until it merged back into the mother association. She also served as the event manager.

For many years Silvia has been part of the group of the CLE’s “Sowers” who spread the seeds of the Creative Meditation,  founded by Roberto Assagioli and has lead Creative Meditation groups in Milan.

She recently took over the responsibility for the Networks of Communities with the purpose of strengthening the Network of Light, supporting the Planet evolution through  cooperation with kindred individuals, groups, ecovillages and communities all around the world.

Having joined the Science of Group Work project, she is keen to raise awareness about Group work and group consciousness and its positive impact on Human evolution.
